I have used Tara in a couple different aspects. I have used her for an apartment rental search and I have used her in million-dollar deals. Tara knows real estate and assists her clients in any way that she can. She knows the different neighborhoods around the Chicago area and does not waste your time when helping you with find an apartment/condo. She takes what you want and finds you places that fit your criteria so that you can find an apartment efficiently.  On larger deals, Tara was knowledgeable and helpful to get the job done, list the properties and get them sold. She works hard at what she does and values her clients. Being new to the Chicago area when it came to the idea of house shopping
and home buying we didn't know a thing about where to look, what to buy
or whether we could afford what we truly wanted.  We weren't sure what
we would find, whether our realtor would be able to understand our needs
and desires, or even if we'd find a place that we liked in the short
amount of time we had to buy before our lease was up for our apartment.
